Charles is an engineer in agro-economics and management and a graduate of Junia ISA Lille. He has been living in Norway for 5 years. Trilingual, he has worked as a consultant in business development and industrial projects between France and Norway. Today, he is Business development manager, responsible for the Industry, Cleantech and Tech & Services sectors at the French-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce, and sole representative of Team France Export in Norway.

Holder of an MSc in International Business (University of Manchester) and an MA in International Relations (University of St Andrews), Kari MAKELAINEN began his career in 2001 with Finpro Korea. He then worked for the Korea Trade Investment Promotion Agency from 2003 to 2011, before joining Columdae in 2011.
